10th October 2011 – 14th October 2011

An invitation to help build a new competitive advantage for business in Newcastle and the North East of England.

By participating in a single two hour workshop during week commencing 10th October 2011 you can help to shape thinking on what needs to be done to help businesses capitalise on the economic opportunities of the ageing demographic.  The initiative is called ‘AdvantageNewcastle’.

The following workshops are being run on behalf of Newcastle Science City and Newcastle City Council to engage businesses in the city-region to conceptualise a small number of demonstrator projects that will help to consolidate the region’s strengths relating to the ageing demographic.

The discussions are taking place around 4 themes and you can participate in whichever workshop(s) you think most relevant.
