From 7th-12th September 2013, Newcastle University will host the 2013 British Science Festival.
Bringing together hundreds of the UK’s top scientists, science presenters, journalists and tens of thousands of members of the public, the British Science Festival is Europe’s largest science event. The Festival runs for six days with events ranging from lectures and debates, to hands-on activities for schools and families, as well as live music and comedy performances, theatre and exhibitions.
We want you to help us shape the Festival by getting involved with the Ideas Take Flight campaign to find out what questions you ask would scientists if you had the chance. What events do you want to see in the programme, and what issues do you want to discuss? Help us make the 2013 Festival one that truly celebrates and reflects the North East!
